If you have completed all the previous stages, it is time to produce the product or provide the service. Remember, this is article 26!

Please review articles 1 to 25 and see what subjects we have discussed so far.

In the previous 25 articles, we briefly reviewed dozens of important points a business must observe.

Now, if all of them have been appropriately prepared and provided, you can begin producing the product or delivering your service.

If any of the points mentioned are not observed, for whatever reason, you will undoubtedly see the effects in the following areas:

A- Product or service quality.

B- On-time delivery.

C- Price.

Negative effects on these three characteristics reduce customer satisfaction, cause the business to lose markets or sales, and reduce profits or lead to losses.

Advertising and marketing tools may keep businesses in the market for a while, but if they do not follow internationally established business principles, their presence will be short-lived.

At this stage, therefore:

A-Prepare everything previously discussed, including the factors affecting quality—raw materials, machinery and tools, people, working methods, and so on—as well as infrastructure and measuring instruments, and make them available to the employees concerned.

B- Apply the necessary controls to production and service provision to make sure everything proceeds according to plan.

C- Inspect and approve products or services before delivery to the customer.

D- Have a plan for handling, storage, transportation and delivery. Take care that the results of your efforts are not lost after production.

E- If you have obligations after delivery, fulfill those with quality too.
Example: I witnessed the following on a project:

-The marketing team obtained a kitchen-cabinet order from a customer with a good profit margin.
-The design team designed it well.
-The production team manufactured and packaged the design to the highest quality.
-The transport team also delivered the products to the customer's premises without damage.
-But the installation team entered the customer's occupied home wearing work shoes and repeatedly smoked inside while working.
That easily, an excellent product was delivered amid an argument and severe customer dissatisfaction.
